A DIY Eyeball Plant Centerpiece
I LOVE Halloween.
If you’re reading this post, you probably do too. So, I won’t bore you with some explanation as to why I made a tutorial for an eyeball plant centerpiece. If you know, you know.
In fact, this was not a project I set out to make at all. It was a side project I made while completing a much bigger eyeball plant decoration.
I had some extra materials, so I created the centerpiece on a whim!
Materials:
Vase or Cup
Step by Step Instructions:
I had a pack of plastic eyeballs that I got at the Dollar Tree. Kind of like these.
I clipped a few pieces of floral wire.
I poked holes in the back of the eyeball to thread the floral wire through and twisted it into a stem.
I purchased a few faux floral leaves from the Dollar Tree, kind of like these.
I cut a few stems from them.
I wrapped the leaves around the eyeball and secured the stems to the floral wire by wrapping it around it.
I used the hot glue gun to dab some glue on the leaves and glue them to the sides of the eyeball.
I repeated the steps until I had a handful of eyeball “flowers”.
I twisted all the floral wiring together, arranged the eyeballs, and put them in a vase (I used a black, plastic cup).
That’s it! An easy, kinda creepy, but still pretty awesome centerpiece for your haunted home!
