ABOUT MY BLOG

Hi, my name is Grier, and welcome to the Craft Crib!  I started this blog as a way to share ideas and inspire others.  If there’s one thing I’ve learned from motherhood, it’s that time is precious, and you should spend it doing things that make you happy.  Happiness is infectious and the people around you will dig your good vibes.

ABOUT ME

I live in the Raleigh area with my husband, Kyle, and our daughter, Eleanor.  My career is in the Financial Services industry, and I do some crafting and blogging on the side.  I love spending time with family, hiking, reading, thrift shopping, and craft beer drinking.  I’m really enjoying being a mom.

ABOUT KYLE

Kyle is my partner in crime (and crafts).  He’s a Public Relations & Marketing guy with a serious love for craft beer.  He even blogs about it!  We met on a blind date… no joke.  A mutual friend set us up thinking we’d bond over our love of sports.  We went to a hockey game on our first date, and the rest is history.  We moved to Raleigh in 2012,  got married in 2013, bought a house in 2014, and had a baby in 2016.  Our favorite thing to do together is visit local breweries and try new beers.  And now we bring the baby!

ABOUT ELEANOR

Eleanor, or “the nugget” as we affectionately like to call her was named after my grandmother.  She’s the cutest, funniest, smartest little human I’ve ever met.  Of course, I am biased.  She loves taking baths, exploring, and finding the most dangerous objects in the room to play with.  That little nugget…

MY PROMISE

I promise to blog about stuff the way that it really happened and not the way it probably should have happened.  I am by no means an expert on any subject.  I’m just a girl with some power tools and the desire to get things done my way.  That being said, I would love to hear from you!  If you have questions, comments, or live in the Raleigh area and want a new friend, email me at craftcribcreations@gmail.com.
